About this site.
A shared industry intelligence layer for the MRP team and selected Citrix sellers. Industry content is the foundation; Citrix relevance is a layered overlay that toggles on and off.
Cluster is the unit
MRP is how the team is organized — it's an org-chart artifact, not an analytical grouping. The unit of analysis throughout this work is the cluster: a sub-industry tight enough to share dynamics, regulations, and competitive structure. M/R/P is retained as a metadata tag and soft rollup for org-coherence, but it is not the spine of the navigation, the analysis, or the content.
Two views, one source
Every cluster page has the same structure. The Industry view reads as plain industry analysis — credible if shown to a peer at a non-Citrix company. The Citrix view layers in strategic leverage, regulation-to-play mapping, and account roster commentary without contaminating the underlying analysis.
Not a battlecard, not a CRM
Citrix-positioning content is layered, not central. Account-specific operational notes live elsewhere. This is industry-level intelligence, updated as industries evolve.
